Inspari will only process and store your Personal Data for the time span necessary for the above purposes and thereafter for a maximum period of 60 months. After the expiration of this period, Inspari will erase all your Personal Data.

Inspari will implement and carry out necessary and appropriate security measures to protect your Personal Data from unauthorised or unlawful processing and from accidental loss, destruction or damage.

If Inspari discloses your Personal Data to data processors in accordance with clause 5 above, Inspari will ensure that these data processors also implement and carry out appropriate security measures to protect your Personal Data from unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage.
8. RETRACTION OF CONSENT
You may retract at any given time your consent to allow Inspari to process your Personal data by contacting Inspari.
Your retraction of your consent typically means that Inspari will discontinue with processing your Personal Data.

You have the right to request that Inspari restricts the processing of your Personal Data. You can do this, for example, if the information is inaccurate or misleading, but you do not want it deleted.
11. RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN
You have the right to request that Inspari deletes your Personal Data if:
- your Personal Data is no longer necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or processed;
- you revoke your consent and Inspari has no other legal basis to process your Personal Data,
- you object to the processing of your Personal Data by Inspari for direct marketing purposes,
- processing of your Personal Data is illegal,
- pursuant to legislation your Personal Data must be deleted,
- you are under 16 years of age and the collection has taken place without your guardian’s consent.
You may contact Inspari at any time if you believe that Inspari processes your Personal Data in violation of applicable law.

13. DATA PORTABILITY
In certain cases, you may have the right to receive Personal Data that you have provided to Inspari in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable formate and to transfer these Personal Data to another company/data controller.

14. TRANSFER TO THIRD COUNTRIES
Your Personal Data may in some cases be transferred to and processed in or stored in countries outside the EU.
